Washington, DC – May 3, 2017….Congressman Dan Donovan (NY-11), who chairs the House Subcommittee on Emergency Preparedness, Response, and Communications, today announced that the omnibus appropriations bill, which is expected to pass Congress later this week, includes $25 million in funding for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP).
Funding bill makes major investment in combatting opioid crisis, provides $650 million more for Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration than last year
