Donovan Honors Fallen Officers in Speech on House Floor
Washington, DC – May 17, 2018….Congressman Dan Donovan (NY-11) today honored the memories and sacrifice of New York City police officers killed as a result of their duties. As part of National Police Week, Donovan read the names in the House of Representatives chamber of the men and women who passed since he entered Congress in May 2015.
Congressman Donovan said, “Every day, women and men don blue uniforms and head out to the streets, unsure of what danger they may encounter. They protect my family and yours. May the families of those lost continue to be in our prayers.”
